Blank Canvas is a small online boutique operating since 2014. We take pride in always assuring our prices are lower than other boutiques and tending to all our lovely customers!
Please note we do not offer refunds on returned items, Exchanges welcome for a store credit, Returned items will be issued as a STORE CREDIT for the value of item. We cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to exchange. STORE CREDIT codes are valid for one use only, please be aware of this when placing your order. Items must be return to BCB within 14 days of delivery from received date, no exchanges will be accepted after strictly 14 days. Please no exchanges on top of already exchanged items. PLEASE CONTACT firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending an exchange back to be given the return address and to obtain return form. Please do not send items back without emailing us and providing your order number- we need to check over the order to make sure its eligable for exchange!
- Exchanges must be received in original condition – bagged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange.
- Items which smell of perfume/deodorant or have makeup or tanning marks will not be accepted. Please beware of this while trying on your garments.
- We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping
Blank canvas reserves the right to reject an exchange if it is not in its original condition or within the required return period.Please note, should your exchanged item not meet our Exchange/Refund Policy it shall be returned to you, in which case you will be liable for the return postage cost For Safety/ Hygiene purposes, the following cannot be returned:
we recommend using Australia post pre-paid bags with tracking. We are not responsible for anything that goes missing in post. Items purchased during sale periods will NOT be eligible for an exchange. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-7 business days Australia wide.In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5-7 business days of placing your order please contact us at Emily@blankcanvasboutique.com.au to obtain your tracking number.
