Here at BCB we want you to absolutely ,100%, LOVE your purchase(s)! So if you receive your order (FULL priced) and for whatever reason you are not completely obsessed with your item/s, you're welcome to send it back for a STORE CREDIT which you can then use on anything you please instead!

Items purchased on sale, discounted (etc a sale discount code) or during sale periods will strictly NOT be eligible for an exchange. Please be aware when purchasing with a STORE CREDIT, orders purchased using a store credit (which is obtained from a return/exchange) won't be eligible for return. 

If you wish to request a return please email emily@blankcanvasboutique.com.au to obtain return form.

Please note we do not offer refunds on returned items, however Exchanges are welcome for a store credit. Returned items will be issued as a STORE CREDIT for the value of item.

We cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to exchange. STORE CREDIT codes are valid for one use only, and do not expire, please be aware of this when placing your order. Items must be returned to BCB within 14 days of delivery from received date, no exchanges will be accepted after strictly 14 days.
PLEASE CONTACT emily@blankcanvasboutique.com.au prior to sending an exchange back to be given the return address and to obtain return form. Please do not send items back without emailing us and providing your order number- we need to check over the order to make sure its eligible for exchange! 

  • Exchanges must be received in original condition* – original packaging*, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Items which smell of perfume/deodorant or have makeup or tanning marks will not be accepted.  Please beware of this while trying on your garments. 
  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping

Blank canvas reserves the right to reject an exchange if it is not in its original condition or within the required return period.Please note, should your exchanged item not meet our Exchange/Refund Policy it shall be returned to you, in which case you will be liable for the return postage cost
For Safety/ Hygiene purposes, the following cannot be returned:

  • Accessories/ Giftware 
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear

we recommend using Australia post pre-paid bags with tracking. We are not responsible for anything that goes missing in post. For any queries on this please contact us at emily@blankcanvasboutique.com.au Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-6 business days Australia wide. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5-6 business days of placing your order please contact us at Emily@blankcanvasboutique.com.au.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ be the courier company. Any parcels returned to sender via Australia post, i.e. Wrong address provided, Parcel not picked up within the set timeframe from your local post office etc. BCB is not liable to cover re sending costs, this will incur additional postage cost to addressee to re send out the parcel. We do not refund parcels that are returned to sender by Australia Post.

Under the Australian Consumer Law you may ask for a refund/exchange if the item you receive has a major problem such as its faulty, broken etc
